The mosque of Ibn Tulun was really beautiful, as was Saint Simon cave church, garbage city, city of the dead and then of course some shopping time at khan el-khalili.
The transport was also really great a/c transport, which was very welcome in the Cairo heat. Would recommend this 5 star experience to every one looking for something different than the usual tourist spots.

My wife is pregnant so he took that very carefully into consideration when we were out touring. He managed our time and coordinated food, rest, and snack breaks accordingly to our personal needs.
