You’ll stand in awe before the Great Pyramid of Khufu, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, along with the Pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure.
Nearby, the Great Sphinx, with its lion’s body and human head, guards these ancient tombs.

In the evening, transfer to Cairo Airport for a short flight to Luxor, the city of temples and tombs.

Start your day with a journey to the West Bank of Luxor, where the famed Valley of the Kings awaits. Here, you’ll enter several royal tombs carved into the mountain, adorned with vibrant wall paintings and hieroglyphs that have survived for millennia. You may even choose to enter the tomb of Tutankhamun (optional).
Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a unique terraced structure built dramatically into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari. Learn the story of Egypt’s most powerful female pharaoh.
Afterwards, cross the Nile to explore Karnak Temple on the East Bank – a vast complex dedicated to the god Amun, featuring massive columns, giant statues, sacred lakes, and the iconic Hypostyle Hall.
Later in the evening, you’ll fly back to Cairo.
